There is no such system in place because they did not put one in place. It's not as though it's difficult. There are already websites that allow the rating of a YouTube video on a myriad of topics.
In conclusion, CNN is under a specter of collusion between itself and special interest groups. CNN showed the people choosing the videos that they wanted us to see. They then went on to mention that the team they showed us and "a handful of others" are involved in the selection process. All I ask is for CNN to disclose all pertinent information related to how this mystery selection process works, or to simply stop claiming they are the "most trusted name in news".
